• Is my first identification really free? Yes — the first identification is always free and never gated. A limited number of free identifications continue every day after that.
• How do I cancel or manage my subscription? Open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, or use "Manage subscription" in Chitin's Profile screen.
• How do I restore a purchase on a new device? Open Chitin → Profile → "Restore purchases."
• How do I delete my saved history? Open Chitin → Profile → "Clear local history." History is stored only on your device and is never uploaded.
• Is Chitin's identification guaranteed accurate? No. Chitin is informational only and can be wrong. See the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for details.
